Ms. Castillo joined the Foundation board in 2002 and serves as a member of the Ethnically Based Scholarship Committee.

She is a member of Portland’s Small Business Council, Portland Small Business Alliance, STARS Program (Students Today Aren’t Ready for Sex), SMART (Start Making a Reader Today), Portland Neighborhood Development Support Collaborative Advisory board and Class IV Fellow and former board member of the American Leadership Forum.

Mr. Fovinci joined the board in 2004 and is in his third year as Vice President of Investments. His responsibility is to oversee the board’s investment goals, objectives, and policies, as well as monitor and report on investment performance.
