The Foundation Services portion of our site is designed to assist Portland State University faculty and staff with the day-to-day aspects of working with Foundation accounts. We are now able to provide departments with online information on the Foundation's policies & procedures and systems, including all of our forms in a downloadable Adobe format for your convenience.

The Foundation provides accounting services for over 1,400 separate accounts. On average, the Foundation disburses 400 checks per month. The Foundation handled processing and correspondence for over 12,000 gifts in fiscal year 2006/2007, managing $93.1 million in assets and $37.1 million in endowment.

The Foundation also administers the fundraising database, which stores donor and alumni information for PSU. There are over 241,000 individual records within the database and numerous transaction records for the over 61,000 current PSU donors. The Foundation works closely with the 23 development officers/directors on campus and the academic departments to update demographic records, accurately track and record gifts, and produce fund-raising reports. Through the Foundation's accounting services, campus users can access account balances and other financial details in connection with their accounts.
